"Whew . . !"

"You know he's the first and now that it's nearly over I still haven't figured him out."
"How do you mean?"
"He's in The Office, The Office that demanfs great courage, wisdom and experience."
"Well, I think that a person just assuming that he or she has the qualifications to fill The Office requires much courage.  He or she has to deal with countries ruled by evil people all over the world."

"I never thought that he had the expereience or wisdom to fill The Office.  He was always grinning.  What does he find so funny?  Performing the business of The Office is the most serious job in the world.  There was something about his instant grin that made me wonder, 'Does he see himself as an entertainer, always performing, or is he somewhat schizophrenic?'  And his latest moves make me wonder if we're the victims of a diabolic scheme . . ."
"What?"

"Well, The Office requires that one express equal justice for all citizens and not show preference toward any segment of the population -- in the beginning he seemed to show that.  But what if that was part of a well planned scheme?  What if he planned that near the end of his term in The Office he didn't have to concern himself about public opinion, he could show his favoritism toward the people he had been trained by radical preachers and agitators to identify with?"
"Whew . . !"
